Carta Aberta dos Leigos aos seus Bispos e ao seu Clero
Nós, fiéis da Igreja Católica Romana espalhados por toda a terra, desejamos, pela presente, exortar nossos Bispos e Sacerdotes a reunirem-se em um Concílio Geral Imperfeito, a fim de examinarem seriamente, em comum, a condição atual da Sé Apostólica, de modo a possibilitar uma inflexão decisiva na presente crise da Igreja. Cremos firmemente que a solução para essa crise eclesial não pode repousar nas mãos ímpias dos modernistas que, desde o Concílio Vaticano II, procuram estabelecer uma nova Igreja, substancialmente diferente da Igreja de Cristo. Cremos, ao contrário, que a solução se encontra no clero fiel, no qual reconhecemos a voz do Bom Pastor: “E conheço as minhas ovelhas, e as minhas ovelhas conhecem-me.” (Jo. X, 14)
Pedimos-vos que cumprais o vosso dever e vos unais ao esforço que está sendo empreendido para possibilitar a organização de um Concílio Geral Imperfeito.
